How long is the shelf life of a scented candle?
While the candle wax itself doesn’t technically expire, the fragrance has an optimal “freshness” period for the best experience.
- Unopened/New: When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the fragrance will retain its full strength for approximately 18-24 months.
- Opened/In Use: After opening, we recommend using the candle within 6-12 months to enjoy the fragrance at its peak intensity and throw. The scent may gradually diminish over time.
What is the estimated processing and shipping time after placing an order?
We own our factory with strong production capacity. For in-stock items, goods will be shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation. For bulk or customized orders, the lead time will vary based on stock status and customization requirements.
