Wax Base:Natural Soy Wax

Fragrance:​ We use fragrances and essential oils that comply with safety standards, blended to create exclusive, multi-layered scents.

Wick:​Depending on the fragrance and wax formula, we pair the candles with lead-free cotton wicks or eco-friendly wood wicks.

Container:​We select high-quality, high-borosilicate heat-resistant glass jars, premium ceramic cups, as well as tinplate and other metal containers, all of which are safe and recyclable.

Natural soy wax is highly recommended for premium scented candles due to its superior performance and health-conscious, eco-friendly properties. Here’s a detailed breakdown of its key advantages:

  • Safer & Healthier:​Soy wax has a lower melting point compared to paraffin, resulting in a cleaner burn with minimal to no soot or black smoke. This significantly reduces the release of harmful substances such as benzene and toluene, making it a healthier choice for indoor air quality.
  • Environmentally Friendly：Derived from renewable soybean oil, soy wax is both biodegradable​ and easier to clean with soap and water. Its production has a lower carbon footprint compared to petroleum-based paraffin wax, supporting sustainable practices.
  • Enhanced User Experience：Soy wax offers superior value with a 30-50% longer burn time, a gentler and purer scent release, and enhanced safety thanks to its cooler-burning nature.

Our candles are designed for optimal performance in spaces of 10-20 sqm. When properly burned, the scent typically fills the room within 20-30 minutes​ and lingers for 2-4 hours​ after extinguishing.

Tip:Scent experience depends on room size, ventilation, and humidity. For larger areas, we recommend using multiple candles or Multi-wick candle.

We support Custom scented candlesin-depth customization. You can create bespoke scents, packaging (including labels/containers/finishes), and gift sets. Our workflow is: 1) Discuss your needs → 2) Provide a proposal & quote → 3) Approve prototypes → 4) making payment as agreed→ 5) Begin bulk production. As each piece is an original creation, a minimum order quantity and a production lead time (typically 15-30 days) apply. This service is ideal for commemorative events, corporate gifting, and more. Logistics & Delivery

Our main warehouses are in Jinhua and Chengdu, China. These strategic locations enable fast dispatch, efficient inventory management, and reliable international logistics. Having two hubs also allows us to balance stock levels and respond quickly to customer orders across different regions.

To ensure that every shipment is delivered safely, cost-effectively, and on time, we have established long-term, stable partnerships with trusted logistics providers and freight forwarders in the industry.

We support multiple shipping options including DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, sea freight, and train cargo (to Europe). You can choose based on delivery speed, cost, or your preferred carrier. We also support delivery through your nominated freight forwarder.

We typically ship in-stock items within 3–7 business days. For large or custom orders, the lead time may vary depending on stock availability and packaging requirements. Urgent orders are prioritized, and our team will always keep you informed of shipping timelines and tracking details.

AFTER SALE SUPPORT

While the candle wax itself doesn’t technically expire, the fragrance has an optimal “freshness” period for the best experience.

  • Unopened/New:​ When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the fragrance will retain its full strength for approximately 18-24 months.
  • Opened/In Use:​ After opening, we recommend using the candle within 6-12 months​ to enjoy the fragrance at its peak intensity and throw. The scent may gradually diminish over time.

In the rare case of receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We’ll review the issue promptly and either replace the product or refund you, depending on the situation. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted for regular products that are unused and in their original intact packaging.Custom-made or specially ordered products are non-returnable unless they are defective.All returns must be pre-approved and processed in accordance with our return policy guidelines.

To maintain optimal quality, please adhere to the following storage standards:

  • Environment:​ Store in a cool (15-25°C), dry place. Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and odors.
  • Handling: Always store the container in an upright position to avoid damage.
  • Inventory:​ Practice FIFO (First-In, First-Out). Clearly mark received dates on cartons.
  • Key Risks:​ High temperatures can cause melting/deformation. Light and humidity degrade fragrance and labels.
