Customization Process & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per item. Mixed scents for the same candle style are acceptable. For full customization, the MOQ will be adjusted accordingly.
Can you do private label / logo sticking service?
Absolutely. We provide custom label, logo printing and sticker pasting services to help you build your own brand.
What is your custom candle production process?
Our custom candle process is straightforward:
1.Share your design drafts or samples with us.
2.We provide a quotation based on your needs.
3.We create molds and produce custom samples for you.
4.You confirm the samples and share feedback.
5.We sign the formal contract.
6.We schedule full production based on approved samples.
7.We confirm final payment and arrange shipment to you.
How long does the customization process take?
Standard Timeline:
1.Sampling Period Initial samples will be shipped within 10 calendar days after receiving the deposit.
2.Mass Production Period Bulk production will be finished within 20 calendar days once the samples are confirmed (international logistics time excluded).
Is there a sample fee?
Yes, a sample fee applies.
1.The initial sample fee is $50 per style
2.The full sample fee will be deducted from your subsequent bulk order payment.
3.Shipping cost is to be covered by the customer.

What material are your candles made of?
Our main products adopt natural soy wax, safe and eco-friendly, with clean burning and long-lasting fragrance.
Do your products have export certifications?
Our candles comply with mainstream international standards and have complete export certifications for different markets. Feel free to ask for certification documents.
Logistics & Shipping
Do you provide global shipping?
Yes. We cooperate with reliable global logistics providers, supporting sea freight, air freight and express delivery to deliver goods worldwide.
What shipping terms do you accept?
We support FOB, CIF, DAP，DDP and other common international trade terms. We can recommend the most cost-effective shipping solution based on your destination and order volume.
Will you handle customs clearance?
We provide complete export documents. For different shipping methods, we will clarify customs responsibilities in advance.
