How long is the shelf life of a scented candle?
While the candle wax itself doesn’t technically expire, the fragrance has an optimal “freshness” period for the best experience.
- Unopened/New: When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, the fragrance will retain its full strength for approximately 18-24 months.
- Opened/In Use: After opening, we recommend using the candle within 6-12 months to enjoy the fragrance at its peak intensity and throw. The scent may gradually diminish over time.
What is the estimated processing and shipping time after placing an order?
We have our own processing factory with strong production capacity. For orders with standard quantities and packaging, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For large-scale or custom orders, the delivery timeline may vary based on inventory status and packaging requirements. Our team will keep you updated on the shipping schedule and provide logistics tracking details in a timely manner.
Do your products support returns or exchanges?
